Job summary

Village Green is seeking a Maintenance Service Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department, ensure the apartment community looks and operates at a high level, and mentor a service team.

You will manage work order inspections, coordinate HVAC, boiler, plumbing and electrical service, participate in interviews, support budgeting, and drive preventative maintenance and capital projects to keep residents happy and buildings efficient.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a hotel, apartment, hospital maintenance/engineering with 2 years supervisory experience leading a team.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to create a team, mentor and train a team
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers and H.V.A.C. H.V.A.C. or EPA Universal Certification a must.
• Proven track record managing a preventative maintenance program and experience with capital projects.
