DH Pace Company, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Service Supervisor to coordinate field employees and deliver customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead technicians, manage staffing and documentation, and drive process improvements while representing the company professionally. A 1–3 year leadership background and a valid driver’s license are required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers and represent the company professionally.
• Experience implementing process improvements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the performance of technicians by establishing and enforcing customer service standards and expectations.
• Provide leadership for and develop staff for future advancement through communication, coaching and training.
• Ensure workforce is efficiently managed to minimize labor variances.
• Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with hiring, counseling/discipline and termination policies.
• Ensure accurate work orders and inventory-related documents; manage WIP and returns to minimize inventory investment.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the performance of technicians by establishing and enforcing customer service standards and expectations
• Efficiently manage, provide leadership for, and develop staff for future advancement through effective communication, coaching, training and development
• Ensure workforce is efficiently managed to minimize negative labor variants
• Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with company hiring, counseling/discipline and termination policies
• Ensure accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling and manage WIP inventory and returns from job site to minimize inventory investment
• Fulfill all other duties as assigned by your manager
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Pay Range

$53,937 - $80,905 USD
