Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and represent the company professionally.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of management or leadership experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the performance of technicians by establishing and enforcing customer service standards and expectations.
  • Provide leadership and develop staff for future advancement through communication, coaching, training and development.
  • Ensure workforce is managed efficiently to minimize negative labor variants.
  • Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with company hiring, counseling/discipline and termination policies.
  • Ensure accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling; manage WIP inventory and returns from job sites to minimize inventory investment.
  • Fulfill all other duties as assigned by management.

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.

Pay Range

$53,937 – $80,905 USD
