Job summary

NOVO Health Services, supporting the Simple brand, is seeking a Service Supervisor in the Louisville, KY area. You will lead the on-site service team, manage customer interactions, and ensure timely pick-up and delivery of linen products.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in service or sales, and compliance with DOT requirements. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and willingness to obtain a DOT medical certification.

If you are ready to make a commitment to measurable performance and continuous improvements, then we want to hear from you!**The daily start time for this position is early morning, Monday through Friday.**The ideal candidate would work directly with our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. This is a middle-management position with direct supervisory and leadership accountability.**Job Duties and Responsibilities:** • Supervising the service team who provides customer service, sales and the pick-up and delivery of products to our customers. • Hiring, training, developing, and evaluating the service team to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service and product quality in the most efficient manner, driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites and assisting the service team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts. • Oversee several key service department competencies, including maintaining excellent customer relationships, handling renewals of customer contracts, increasing internal sales, maintaining an efficient route structure and driver compliance. • Coordination with Operations Manager and local plant staff, as needed.**Experience and Education:** • High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred • Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) or Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. **To comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:** • Must have an active driver's license • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must obtain and maintain a DOT medical certification • Provide documentation regarding their previous employment • Experience working in a sales related role preferred • Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry preferred • Prior Experience a plus • Training or instructor experience preferred*Simple is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace.
