Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a Service Supervisor for our Simple brand in the Louisville, KY area. You will lead the service team, manage on-route and in-house operations, and drive a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.

This middle-management role emphasizes decision-making, rapid action, and strong leadership to support measurable performance. The position starts early each workday, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities across customer service, sales support, and logistics

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements and hold active license.
• Must be 21+ and obtain DOT medical certification.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Training or instructor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team delivering customer service, sales and the pick-up and delivery of products to customers.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate the service team and support driving routes.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships, renew contracts, and optimize route efficiency.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and plant staff as needed.

We are currently looking for a Service Supervisor for our Simple brand in the Louisville, KY area. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent leadershipskills. The daily start time for this position is early morning, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate would work directly with our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house.This is a middle-management position with direct supervisory and leadership accountability.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising the service team who provides customer service, sales and the pick-up and delivery ofproducts to our customers.
• Hiring, training, developing, and evaluating the service team to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service and product quality in the most efficient manner, driving a company-ownedvehicle to and from customer sites and assisting the service team with lifting, carrying, and walking inand out of customer accounts.
• Oversee several key service department competencies, including maintaining excellent customerrelationships, handling renewals of customer contracts, increasing internal sales, maintaining anefficient route structure and driver compliance.
• Coordination with Operations Manager and local plant staff, as needed.

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT)or Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• To complywith DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
• Must have an active driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must obtain and maintain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
• Experience working in a sales related role preferred
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry preferred
• Prior Experience a plus
• Training or instructor experience preferred
