Job summary

NOVO Health Services seeks a Non-CDL Driver for the Louisville, KY location. You will drive a company truck, deliver linen carts to hospitals, and manage pickups of soiled linen while maintaining accurate logs and providing professional service to clients.

The role requires adherence to safety procedures, DOT regulations, and strong customer communication as the primary company representative at client sites.

Qualifications

• Able to maintain a driver license.
• Able to obtain other licenses or pass tests required by regulatory agencies.
• Able to maintain a safe driving record.
• Capable of pushing/pulling loaded linen carts (up to 700 lbs) of hospital supplies.
• Ability to keep accurate log sheets.

Responsibilities

• Drive company truck carrying linen carts to hospitals.
• Load and unload truck at client hospitals and deliver products as directed.
• Take carts to designated areas.
• Daily pick up of used NOVO Health Services soiled linen.
• Keep accurate records/logs.
• Interact with customers on a daily basis.
• Ensure all POD’s are signed and dated with time of delivery and return.
• Act as company’s primary representative at the client hospitals.
• Responsible for all pre-trip safety inspections, preventative truck maintenance, and all other regulations per the Department of Transportation.
• Proper cleaning of the company trucks per Standard Operating Procedures

NOVO Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-CDL Driver to join our team at the Louisville, KY facility. Join a collaborative team that provides high-quality service to healthcare partners across the region.

Essential Functions

• Drive company truck carrying linen carts for hospitals
• Load and unload truck at client hospitals and deliver products as directed
• Take carts to designated areas
• Daily pick up of used NOVO Health Services soiled linen
• Keep accurate records/logs

• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to read and understand applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
