Qualifications include 2+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, ideally with a union workforce, and an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

As our Service Supervisor, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. You will bring 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $112,500 – $168,700. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals
