KONE is seeking a General Manager – Service & Solutions for the Greater Toronto Area to drive service operations and shape the customer experience. You will lead a unionized workforce, coach teams, and collaborate with customers to achieve safety, quality, and profitability goals.

You will own the annual business plan, manage budgets, and champion a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of related industry experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading service operations and a union-represented workforce.
• Proven ability to manage annual business plans and budgets.
• Strong customer-focused, safety and quality mindset.

You will bring progressive and successful leadership experience with relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union-represented workforce. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years of experience in a related industry in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $167,400 – $219,765.

Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 25% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
