Job summary

Accenture is seeking a product strategy and transformation practitioner to connect strategy to execution for digital product programs in the United States. You will help clients shape product direction, mobilize teams, governance, and operating models across blended client and Accenture resources, with an AI-first mindset.

You will lead workstreams, assess product organizations, and develop strategies aligning customer needs with business priorities, market context, and technical realities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, consulting, transformation, or related work.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams and managing Senior Managers and Directors relationships.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, transformation plans, or operating model recommendations.
• Strong communication, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to define and mobilize product operating models with governance and teams.
• Working knowledge of how AI can create value across product, delivery, and customer experience.
• Experience using AI to improve research, synthesis, planning, or delivery workflows.
• Familiarity with responsible AI considerations such as governance and human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams across client engagements focused on digital product strategy and AI-enabled change.
• Conduct assessments of product organizations, development practices, governance, and delivery models.
• Support development of product strategies that connect customer needs with business priorities and technical realities.
• Define and mobilize operating models including team structures, governance, and blended client/Accenture resources.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve product development and outcomes.
• Structure and synthesize research, stakeholder input, and market context into clear recommendations.
• Facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders across business, product, design, engineering, and data teams.
• Bridge strategy and execution by translating recommendations into operating rhythms and actionable steps.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and guidance.
• Create client-ready presentations and strategic materials; support proposals and internal knowledge sharing.
