Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Service Engineer to develop and execute service strategies for Polaris Snowmobile and Youth ORV product lines. You will partner with Strategic Business Unit and Engineering, supporting operations and serving as the liaison for design for serviceability and field campaigns.

The role emphasizes influencing at leadership levels, maintaining strong dealer and customer focus, and driving continuous improvement in serviceability and maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of related Engineering experience.
• Strong ability to network, build relationships, and influence decisions at all leadership levels.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical experience, especially with snowmobile powertrains and systems.
• Strong drive and initiative to identify and tackle issues.
• Excellent analytical, data understanding, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of service strategy for the assigned product line(s).
• Act as liaison between Central Service and Engineering, and consult on serviceability in design.
• Lead field campaigns and serviceability improvements across product lines.
• Represent Service in product development programs and train on new service initiatives.
