The role requires 3+ years in powersports or automotive dealer service operations, travel ~80%, and a Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in powersports, marine, or automotive dealer service operations.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial systems.
• Comfortable leading training sessions and classroom instruction.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Polaris dealerships to improve their ORV service & parts business.
• Utilize data and insights from dealer discussions, customer feedback platforms like Medallia, and other resources to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with dealers to drive customer satisfaction and retention by growing service and parts sales capabilities.
• Develop and implement fixed operations strategies and processes to achieve dealer performance objectives.
• Establish and promote best practices to improve the completion rates of safety and service bulletins.
• Lead in‑dealer training sessions and support sharing of learnings across the dealer network.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge, leveraging new technologies and customer insights.
• Partner with dealerships to set measurable goals and strategic plans for success.
