Polaris Inc. is seeking a Service Engineer to drive service strategies for ORV Crossover and ATV lines, collaborating with Engineering, Central Service, and SBUs to improve service readiness and field quality.

You will own service strategy across product lines, lead field campaigns, and mentor the Global Technical Service team while maintaining dealer and customer relationships. Strong project-management and Excel/data skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline.
• Three or more years of related engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical experience with snowmobile powertrains and systems.
• Significant project-management experience across stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong ability to build networks and influence decisions at all leadership levels.
• Excellent analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data presentation, with an interest in adopting new technology.
• Working knowledge of dealership retail service operations.
• Manufacturing-environment experience and knowledge of the snowmobile industry is preferred.
• Travel up to 10%.

Mansioni

• Lead service strategy, readiness, and support for assigned product lines.
• Represent Service on product development programs and meetings, providing requirements for serviceability and maintainability.
• Partner with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering to eliminate service issues and lead action plans.
• Lead field campaign execution and cost-effective plans for resolving field issues.
• Support the global Technical Service team in identifying dealer challenges and mentor team members.
• Maintain cross-functional communication on product issues with Technical Service, Warranty, Customer Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Legal, and Quality.
• Assess parts-supply risks and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Provide input for owner, service, and parts manuals, dealer training materials, and other technical resources.
• Lead development of special service tools and ensure Polaris Digital Wrench supports new/existing products.
• Represent Service in Post Sales Surveillance and assist with escalated inquiries.
• Identify and lead continuous-improvement and standardization projects.
