Job summary

Dead River Company is seeking a Service Station Attendant to deliver friendly, efficient customer service at our Biddeford location. You will handle transactions, assist with fuel purchases, maintain a clean station, and support daily operations with accuracy and professionalism.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is important, and teamwork with coworkers and supervisors is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Cash handling and retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit card, and other customer transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with fuel purchases and fill gas tanks when necessary.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service.
• Answer customer questions and provide directions or assistance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the station, including collecting and disposing of outdoor trash.
• Process customer purchases and provide receipts.
• Help ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Maintain flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Summary

The Service Station Attendant provides excellent customer service to patrons visiting the service station. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting daily station operations.
