Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking a Service Specialist I in Roseville, MN. You’ll deliver and set up oxygen and other DME for children at home, spending your day on the road and educating families on proper use while ensuring medically complex kids can live safely at home.

You’ll establish strong relationships with patients and caregivers, schedule deliveries, log visits, and assist with warehouse and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable lifting and moving medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up medical equipment for children and families in their homes.
• Spend day on the road, working independently while teaching families how to use equipment such as oxygen and DME.
• Establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and PHS staff.
• Schedule and make deliveries to patients’ homes in a timely manner.
• Confirm deliveries and report potentially unsafe conditions.
• Perform initial set-up of oxygen and some DME.
• Enter data to log visits, conversations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate regular maintenance service to company vehicles.
• Assist with warehouse duties and equipment processing as needed.
• Manage time efficiently and estimate drive times.

• Position: Service Specialist I
• Hours: Full-time
• Location: Roseville, MN
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm. Some on-call weekends and evenings required.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License

THE POSITION: Looking for more than a traditional delivery job?

As a Service Specialist with PHS, you'll deliver and set up medical equipment for children and families in their homes. You'll spend your day on the road, working independently, teaching families how to use equipment such as oxygen and DME, and helping make sure medically complex kids have what they need to safely live at home

• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with the patients, families and caregivers as well as all PHS employees.
• Schedules and makes deliveries to patients’ homes in a timely manner.
• Confirms delivery and reports potentially unsafe conditions.
• Performs and instructs the initial set-up of oxygen and some DME.
• Performs data entry functions to log customer visits, conversations and follow-ups.
• Coordinates regular maintenance service to company vehicles.
• Assists with warehouse duties and equipment processing as needed.
• Manages time efficiently and be competent in estimating drive times.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Salary Range
