Salary:$20.00 – 23.00 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)

F&M Bank’s Service Specialist I is primarily responsible for handling tasks and duties in the Deposit Operations Services unit within our Central Operations Department. Assignments will primarily include account maintenance and new account review, deposit account transaction review, general ledger reconciliation, and dormant and escheat monitoring, but may also include signature card review, exception item processing, and other duties.

• The Service Specialist I delivers exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers and provides support for a variety of complex customer/department requests and issues on a daily basis
• Assist with troubleshooting operational issues quickly and competently while maintaining a focus on customer and Bank impact

• Minimum 2 or more years of previous work experience in back-office banking, branch banking or related financial services industry with proven experience in banking operations
