Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Service Solutions Consultant for a Direct Hire in Irvine, CA. You will partner with sales, account management, and leadership teams to develop and position service-based solutions that drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

Job description

Akkodis is seeking a Service Solutions Consultant for a Direct Hire with a client in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate with experience driving service strategy, client engagement, and business growth by identifying opportunities to expand and optimize service offerings across enterprise accounts.

Salary Range: $100K/Yearly to $120K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Service Solutions Consultant Job Responsibilities include:

• Partner with sales, account management, and regional leadership teams to develop and position service-based solutions that address customer business needs and drive revenue growth.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to identify service optimization opportunities and recommend tailored service strategies and solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on service offerings, capabilities, processes, and value propositions across the organization.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and delivery teams to define technical requirements, develop Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure successful solution implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders while participating in business reviews to support customer satisfaction and account growth.
• Track service performance, provide strategic recommendations, and support business development activities through proposal development, opportunity management, and service expansion initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, Communications, or a related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive consulting, solution selling, client advisory, or service management experience.
• Proven experience partnering with sales and account teams to develop, position, and deliver service-based solutions that drive customer value and business growth.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and consultative selling skills with the ability to develop service strategies, SOWs, and customer-focused solutions for complex enterprise environments.
