Shuttle Driver Description

The Shuttle Driver enhances the service customers' positive experience by safely taking them to their home or office while their vehicle is being serviced. They also inform the Service Manager of any customer concerns.

Qualifications

• The ideal Shuttle Driver is organized, able to multi-task, and follows directions from the Management Team.
• They should be a good communicator, both in person and on the phone.
• Our company uses many different technologies; Shuttle Drivers are expected to be comfortable with and proficient in programs like CDK, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
• This position requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable records check.
