Enhances the service customers' positive experience by safely transporting them to their home or office while their vehicle is being serviced and informing the Service Manager of any customer concerns.
The ideal Shuttle Driver is organized, able to multitask, and follows directions from the Management Team. They should be a good communicator, both in person and on the phone.
Our company utilizes various technologies, and Shuttle Drivers are expected to be comfortable with and proficient in programs such as CDK, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
This position requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable records check.
