Job Description

Job Title: Service Shuttle Driver

Reports To: Service Manager

Exempt or Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt

Full-Time or Part-Time: Full Time / Part Time

Job Summary

The position's primary responsibility is the delivery and pickup of customer trucks from/to the shop.

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver trucks to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Pickup trucks from customers for repairs in a timely and safe manner.
• Maintain clean and safe shuttle trucks.
• Obtain proper signatures for proof of deliveries if required.

Employees are also expected to exercise honesty, integrity, and respect with clients and co-workers, maintain a professional appearance, communicate effectively, work accurately and efficiently, keep the work environment neat, and exercise initiative to learn new skills and assist co-workers. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Must meet company standards for a clean driving record.
• Must have a current driver's license.
• CDL license and current medical card required.

Machines/Tools/Equipment

• Basic office equipment (copier, calculator, fax, etc.).

Working Conditions

• Primarily warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Significant day travel in truck.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting, standing, walking requirements with specified durations.
• Talking, hearing, and vision requirements.
• Lifting and carrying parts, typically up to 50 pounds, with specific distances and frequencies.

Other Essential Job Duties
