Qualifikationen

• 21+ years of age; ability to work varied schedules including weekends.

• Grow labor sales through quality and efficient service and assembly of customer and store equipment.
• Maintain safety standards in the service shop and handle CO2/compressed air tasks.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals; train and supervise shop associates.
• Provide exceptional customer service at the service shop counter and promote Scheels Visa.
• Order parts, manage supplies within budget, and maintain detailed records.
