Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while giving customers a great experience.
• Be knowledgeable to answer questions about location, price and use of merchandise.
• Follow instructions for requests from customers while maintaining safety requirements.
• Analyze reports and make decisions about inventory, display and sales trends.
• Stock shelves and merchandise; set up advertising and signage to promote sales.
• Train associates on product knowledge and proper use of merchandise.
• Attend weekly sales and product knowledge training meetings.
• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits.
