Job summary

PSTC is seeking a Service Shop Supervisor to direct day-to-day operations for a diverse product line. You will work with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to coordinate repairs of customer vehicles and meet time schedules while maintaining a safe, clean, professional environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related experience, with supervisory experience a plus. Freightliner background and strong communication are valued assets for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Supervisory/management experience is a plus.
• Freightliner experience a giant plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service experience.

Job description

Essential Duties and responsibilities

• Evaluates all estimates for jobs to maintain profitability
• Reviews repair orders for accuracy
• Maintains a safe working environment
• Maintains a clean working environment
• Work closely with Service Manager and Service Advisors
• Others duties as assigned
