Responsibilities

1. Lead solution design and management for new functionalities, collaborating with vendors to achieve desired outcomes.
2. Communicate vulnerability results effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.
3. Respond to malicious behaviors and create action plans to mitigate future incidents.
4. Manage the end-to-end (E2E) support process to resolve issues and deliver training.

Development Opportunities

Develop advanced knowledge in scanning technologies, asset management, risk assessment, and incident response processes, using tools like Lansweeper and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Experience influencing people or organizations in relevant roles to achieve significant IT outcomes.
• Basic awareness of Integrated Risk Management and OT Operations, with application of skills in at least one IT profile.
• Strong desire to learn and share advanced skills that promote team excellence.
• Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
