Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming service calls with a customer-first mindset.
• Assist Service Consultants and Customer Advisors with customer interactions to ensure seamless service experiences.
• Schedule service appointments and route inquiries accurately.
• Deliver timely written messages to team members for follow-up.
• Coordinate and schedule repair appointments and parts arrival reminders.
• Audit sublet invoices, loaner logs, and dealer tags per CarMax guidelines.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
