Bright Brothers Exterior Washing & Holiday Lights in Ellendale offers a base pay plus commission role with earnings in the $60,000–$80,000 range. Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, crawl, kneel, climb ladders, and enter crawlspaces.
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under the company's insurance policy.
• Comfortable using computer software (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Visiting homeowners on pre-scheduled appointments to inspect and maintain systems installed.
• Identifying and recommending additional solutions to protect and improve homes.
• Providing exceptional service and answering homeowner questions.
• Documenting work and updating records using company software.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for every homeowner.
