Job summary

Bright Brothers of Delmarva is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to meet homeowners on the Delmarva Peninsula, assess their needs, and present tailored exterior cleaning and home improvement solutions.

You will be trained, receive pre-qualified appointments, and benefit from uncapped commissions plus strong local brand support, enabling a six-figure income potential within a full-time, on-site role.

What You Will Do

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners across the Delmarva Peninsula, listen to their goals, inspect the home or property, and present the right solution. You’ll educate homeowners, build trust, and guide them through our proven sales process.
