Job summary

Bright Brothers Exterior Washing & Holiday Lights is hiring Production Crew Members to join a fast-growing, hands-on team. If you're reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn, this is your chance to start a rewarding career.

You’ll assist with foundation stabilization, crawl space work, and concrete leveling, plus garage floor coating and exterior soft washing. Training is on the job with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to enter crawlspaces and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Strong listening, closing and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with foundation stabilization and structural repair including wall bracing and pier systems.
• Support crawl space encapsulation and improve indoor air quality.
• Perform concrete lifting and leveling for uneven surfaces.
• Prepare and coat garage floors with polyaspartic systems.
• Install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting displays.

What You’ll Do

DryZone (Foundation Repair, Crawl Space, Basement Waterproofing, and Concrete Leveling)

• Assist with foundation stabilization and structural repair, including wall bracing, pier systems, and crack repair
• Support crawl space encapsulation projects to improve structural integrity and indoor air quality
• Perform concrete lifting and leveling to fix uneven sidewalks, driveways, and slabs

Hello Garage (Garage Makeovers)

• Prepare and coat garage floors using polyaspartic flooring systems
• Install custom storage, cabinets, and organization solutions

Bright Brothers (Soft Washing & Holiday Lighting)

• Perform exterior soft washing for homes, roofs, and driveways using eco-friendly, low-pressure systems
• Install, maintain, and remove professional-grade holiday lighting displays, including custom‑cut lights, wreaths, and garlands

What We’re Looking For

• Construction experience preferred
• Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
• Strong listening, closing, and follow‑up skills
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• DOT Preferred (Not Required)
