Job summary

Munters is seeking a Service Sales Specialist to support the Field Service organization by developing quotes, managing service sales activities, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

This role collaborates with Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, and customers to move projects from quote to completion; requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused sales professional with strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with pricing, contracts, budgets, and project information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service quotes by defining project scope, costs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Service teams to develop accurate customer solutions.
• Manage service sales contracts and monitor contractual obligations and risks.
• Respond promptly to customer and sales requests.
• Monitor project schedules, scope, costs, and profitability.
• Support pricing, billing, revenue, and cost-to-completion activities.
• Prepare and support contractual claims when needed.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices.
• Ensure sales and service documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Identify and escalate issues quickly and professionally.
• Track lessons learned and share opportunities for improvement with leadership.
• Help ensure customers receive responsive, high-quality service.
