Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru in Minnetonka, MN is hiring a Service Shuttle Attendant. You will shuttle customers, assist with service drive duties, and support the team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include vehicle movement, car-wash duties, filing repair orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Valid license and clean driving record required; full-time position with strong benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is in the shop.
• Assist with filling and other office duties.
• Wash and vacuum vehicles; run cars through the car wash.
• Assist guests during peak times in the service drive.
• Pick up parts when needed; move vehicles for technicians.
• Keep the service aisle neat; answer phones.
• Greet customers and liaison between customers and advisors.
• File repair orders; perform other duties as requested.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired
• Assist with filling and other office duties
• Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles
• Run customer's cars through the car wash
• Assist with other guests during high traffic times in the service drive
• Pick up parts if needed
• Move vehicles for technicians
• Keep service aisle neat and orderly
• Answer phones in the service department
• Greet customers on the service drive
• Work as a cohesive member of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the advisors.
• Filing repair orders
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested
