Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru in Brooklyn Park, MN is hiring for a full-time service shuttle/office assistant. You will shuttle customers, perform light duties in the service drive, wash and move vehicles, and help the service team manage customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired.
• Assist with filling and other office duties.
• Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles.
• Run customer’s cars through the car wash.
• Assist guests during high traffic times in the service drive.
• Pick up parts if needed.
• Move vehicles for technicians.
• Keep service aisle neat and orderly.
• Answer phones in the service department.
• Greet customers on the service drive.
• Work with the service team to direct customers and liaise between customers and advisors.
• Filing repair orders.
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested.
