Morrie’s 394 Hyundai in Saint Louis Park, MN is seeking a Service Shuttle Attendant to support our service drive. You will shuttle customers, assist with office tasks, keep vehicles clean, and help the team move cars as needed.

We require a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Morrie’s offers competitive benefits including retirement plans, medical coverage, PTO, and life insurance.

Responsabilités

• Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired.
• Assist with filling and other office duties as needed.
• Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles and running cars through the car wash.
• Assist guests during high-traffic times in the service drive.
• Move vehicles for technicians and keep the service area neat and orderly.
• Answer phones in the service department and greet customers on the service drive.
• Support the service team as a liaison between customers and advisors.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired
• Assist with filling and other office duties
• Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles
• Run customer's cars through the car wash
• Assist with other guests during high traffic times in the service drive
• Pick up parts if needed
• Move vehicles for technicians
• Keep service aisle neat and orderly
• Answer phones in the service department
• Greet customers on the service drive
• Work as a cohesive member of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the advisors.
• Filing repair orders
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested
