Job summary

Morrie's Auto Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver/Guest Liaison for our service department. You will shuttle customers, assist with service drive operations, and help keep vehicles clean and moving smoothly through the shop.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive and park vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired.
• Assist with filling and other office duties.
• Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles and running cars through the car wash.
• Assist with guests during high traffic times in the service drive.
• Pick up parts as needed and move vehicles for technicians.
• Answer phones in the service department and greet customers on the service drive.
• Maintain an orderly service aisle and filing of repair orders.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested.
