Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Service/Route Coordinator to join our team in Fairfield. You will manage customer calls, schedule service appointments, and support field technicians to ensure efficient routes and timely service.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, 1+ year of related experience, and proficiency with Word/Excel and CRM tools like IFS or Salesforce. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, route coordination, or operations experience.
• High school diploma or GED; higher degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and CRM/ERP systems (IFS, Salesforce).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and schedule service appointments.
• Provide in-person support and assist with service-related questions.
• Optimize service schedules and assign routes for field technicians.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts.
• Track service completion and resolve scheduling conflicts with field teams.
• Process invoices, work orders, and discounts accurately.
• Support field teams with real-time coordination and communication.
• Monitor daily call volumes and suggest process improvements.

Pay: $24-25/hour Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking for:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment
