Qualifications

• Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments
• Provide in-person customer support and assist with service questions
• Optimize service schedules and assign routes for field technicians
• Set up and maintain customer accounts
• Track service completion and resolve scheduling conflicts with field teams
• Process invoices, work orders, and discounts accurately
• Support field teams with real-time coordination and communication
• Monitor daily call volumes and suggest process improvements

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 32 hours per week, with six-hour shifts.

Monday: Required – 6-hour shift between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: Flexible – Employee will work two of these three days, with one weekday off based on their preferred schedule. Shifts will be six hours between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Friday: Required – 6-hour shift between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Saturday: Required – 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Monday, Friday, and Saturday availability is required. The employee may select Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday as their regular day off, allowing for flexibility based on their schedule.

What We're Looking for:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with IFS, Salesforce or similar systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment
