Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a reliable Service Representative to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff at Sofive ChiTown or Sofive La Pershing.

This part-time, hourly role focuses on facility cleaning during operating hours. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works independently, and handles cleaning and basic maintenance needs while games and events are in progress.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facility Cleaning & Upkeep: Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and address cleaning needs throughout the facility.
• Maintain clean and fully stocked restrooms, including toilets, sinks, countertops, and floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors throughout the shift.
• Clean tables, seating areas, counters, and other high-traffic surfaces.
• Promptly address spills, food waste, debris, and other cleaning needs.
• Maintain cleanliness across the lobby, bar, hallways, entrances, and common areas.

Service Representative

Position Overview

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Representative to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

This is a hands-on position focused on maintaining facility cleanliness throughout operating hours. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works independently, and proactively addresses cleaning and basic maintenance needs while games, leagues, rentals, and events are taking place.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Cleaning & Upkeep

• Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and address cleaning needs throughout the facility.
• Maintain clean and fully stocked restrooms, including toilets, sinks, countertops, and floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors throughout the shift.
• Clean tables, seating areas, counters, and other high-traffic surfaces.
• Promptly address spills, food waste, debris, and other cleaning needs.
• Maintain cleanliness across the lobby, bar, hallways, entrances, and common areas.

Ongoing Facility Monitoring

• Continuously monitor facility conditions during games, leagues, rentals, and events.
• Clean and reset customer areas as needed throughout the day.
• Respond promptly to cleaning needs without waiting for direction from management.
• Ensure all customer-facing areas remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift.

Basic Maintenance & Safety

• Identify and report facility damage, leaks, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards.
• Assist with light maintenance and general facility upkeep as directed by management.
• Restock cleaning materials, restroom supplies, and other facility essentials.
• Follow established cleaning procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
• Perform additional cleaning and facility-related duties as assigned.

• Part-time, hourly position based at Sofive ChiTown or Sofive La Pershing.
• Work takes place primarily during active facility operating hours.
• Must be comfortable working around customers, soccer games, leagues, and special events.
• Requires frequent movement throughout the facility and the ability to respond promptly to cleaning and maintenance needs.

Performance Expectations

The primary responsibility of this position is to keep the facility clean, safe, organized, and customer-ready throughout the entire shift.

Service Representatives Are Expected To

• Conduct frequent walkthroughs of all facility areas.
• Identify and address cleaning needs proactively.
• Maintain clean and stocked restrooms throughout operating hours.
• Keep customer-facing spaces clean and presentable at all times.
• Take ownership of facility cleanliness without requiring constant supervision.
