Job summary

Brady Corp is seeking a Service & Repair Technician I to contribute to the reliability and performance of Brady's products by delivering high-quality maintenance services. The role focuses on repair, diagnostics, and documentation to support customer satisfaction and service operations.

Based in Charlotte, NC, you will collaborate with Technical Support and Logistics, follow established procedures, and adhere to safety and quality standards to ensure first-time fix and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in service and repair technician roles.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with CMMS or similar software.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify equipment issues.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance for service work.
  • Familiarity with service documentation, repair tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform Testing, Repair/Replace parts, and Final Configuration.
