We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration/HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong background in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration and HVAC systems, particularly in supermarkets, cold storage, commercial, and industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems, including supermarkets, single systems, parallel racks, display cases, and walk-in boxes
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and microprocessor control systems
• Conduct leak detection procedures and ensure system efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service through timely and high-quality repairs
• Maintain detailed service records with photos and notes
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supermarket refrigeration/freezer systems
• Knowledge of Novar, CPC, Danfoss Energy Management Controls, and Rack Refrigeration
• Proficiency in HVAC systems, including package units and split systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification required
• High school diploma or GED
