RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phones for the service department and answer customer questions about their service
• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Maintain service schedule
• Handle communications for the department such as emailing customers, calling for service reminders, and updating customers on their service
