North Trail RV in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Service Receptionist to be the first contact for all callers. The role involves answering, screening, and directing calls on a multi-line phone system, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the appropriate staff or voicemail.

You will greet visitors, perform clerical tasks, and maintain professionalism at all times. The position requires 1–3 months of related experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle confidential

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.

• North Trail RV is looking for a ServiceReceptionist to serve as an initial contact for all callers into the organization. TheServiceReceptionistanswers, screens, and directs calls on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner. The ServiceReceptionist also takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or pager.

Responsibilities:

• Meets and greets all callers; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee/location
• Responds to customers, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
• Composes and types routine correspondence as required.
• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
• Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
