Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Program Management Leader (Service Readiness) to drive planning, coordination, and governance of Service deliverables across the product development lifecycle.

You will work with engineering, program management, service and product teams to ensure readiness milestones, minimize risk, and support successful launches and dealer/customer experiences. You will lead cross-functional Service readiness meetings, develop schedules, and implement LEAN

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Service, SIOP, Engineering, or related areas.
• Demonstrated business expertise in project management, schedule coordination, and administration.
• Proven ability to organize and deliver complex initiatives with multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Professional, concise, and visual communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, AS400, Polaris Release System, or Windchill-based data systems.
• Ability to travel approximately 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional groups for vehicle projects.
• Lead cross-functional Service readiness meetings to set strategies and ownership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules across production and service deliverables.
• Create roadmaps for integrating Service deliverables into the development process.
• Establish standards, schedules, and RASCI for Service readiness.
• Coordinate with schedulers, engineers, managers, and stakeholders for accurate project data.
• Identify schedule risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate content reviews across functions for timely feedback.
• Group and assign part numbers for manuals and service docs.
