Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop schedules, manage risks, and ensure readiness milestones, enabling successful launches and a positive dealer and owner experience. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in PM/Service, and travel ~5-10%.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Service, SIOP, Engineering, or related areas.
  • Proven ability to organize and deliver complex initiatives with multiple timelines and stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and govern service readiness deliverables across product lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional readiness meetings to align strategies, ownership, and goals.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules incorporating production changes.
  • Identify schedule risks and implement mitigation plans with leaders and teams.
  • Group and manage part numbers for manuals and service docs.
  • Apply LEAN principles to improve readiness execution.

In this role, you will own the planning, coordination, and governance of critical Service deliverables throughout the product development lifecycle. Working across engineering, program management, service, and product teams, you establish accountability, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure readiness milestones are achieved. Your work directly supports successful product launches and an exceptional dealer and customer ownership experience.Key Responsibilities:• Manage multiple timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional groups for vehicle projects of varying size and scope.• Organize and lead cross-functional Service readiness meetings to establish strategies, goals, ownership, and alignment for vehicle programs.• Develop and maintain project schedules for all product lines, incorporating current production schedules, program changes, and resulting adjustments to Service deliverable dates.• Create a roadmap for integrating each Service deliverable into the Polaris Development Process.• Develop standards, schedules, and RASCI responsibility frameworks for vehicle program Service readiness.• Partner with master schedulers, engineers, managers, directors, and product-group stakeholders to maintain accurate and current project information for Service deliverables.• Identify schedule risks and work with leaders and teams to develop and execute appropriate mitigation plans.• Coordinate content reviews across functions to support engaged, thorough, and timely stakeholder feedback.• Group and assign part numbers for owner’s manuals, parts books, and service manuals.• Apply LEAN principles and implement system and process improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen Service readiness execution.Desired Competencies:• Planning & Organization: You manage time, resources, and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results.• Collaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.• Problem Solving: You identify issues, assess root causes, and implement practical solutions that balance speed, quality, and risk.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, or a related field.• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Service, SIOP, Engineering, or a combination of these areas.• Demonstrated business expertise in project management, schedule coordination, and administration.• Proven ability to organize and deliver complex initiatives involving multiple timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.• Ability to influence effectively across functions and organizational levels.• Professional, concise, and visual communication skills.• Effective negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.• Experience using Microsoft Excel, AS400, Polaris Release System, or other PTC Windchill-based data management systems.• Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5–10%.• This position is not eligible for sponsorship.#LI-BM1For Minnesota, the starting pay range is $73,000 to $96,000 per year, with individual pay determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography; it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.We are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE.
