Responsibilities

• Secure Service Provider’s operational performance across all relevant KPIs (capacity, precision, quality, claims, safety, etc.).
• Identify, monitor and implement actions to continuously improve service performance (e.g., through SPDP, business review).
• Collaborate with business partners and supply‑chain stakeholders to maximize optimization potential and reduce operational costs.
• Secure optimal usage of agreed capacity versus planned/needed capacity, and actively support capacity forecasting.
• Resolve constraints and devise optimal solutions to secure needed capacity at lowest total cost.
• Support tenders and RFQs, providing local operational and market knowledge (e.g., safety standards) and details on service provider performance.
• Implement new set‑ups in close cooperation with relevant functions.
• Contribute to the development of working methods and steering documents.
• Share industry competence with all relevant functions.
• Monitor and secure execution of signed contracts and agreed terms & conditions.
• Perform compliance/spot checks at service providers to verify adherence to parameters such as equipment quality, safety, and security.
