Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, or related construction/service industry.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or equivalent field experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping) and construction processes.
• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage service projects including HVAC, piping, and plumbing repairs, replacements, retrofits, and small-scale construction.
• Develop project scopes, estimates, budgets, and timelines in coordination with field and office teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Support Dispatch, Service Technicians and field personnel to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues, delays, and change orders.
• Review and approve service work orders, job costing, and billing.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely invoicing and proper financial tracking.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through quality project delivery and consistent communication.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, company standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
