Job summary

BERT OGDEN CADILLAC is seeking a Service Porter to move customer vehicles, provide shuttle services, and keep the service area clean and orderly. The role supports the service department by transporting vehicles safely and efficiently while delivering high levels of customer service as customers wait for repairs or maintenance.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or valet experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles to and from the service area in a safe, timely manner.
• Provide shuttle services to customers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles by washing and vacuuming when required.
• Organize and maintain the parking lot to keep vehicles in order.
• Ensure keys are returned to proper locations after parking.
• Monitor vehicle flow in service drive and lot for efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service during vehicle drop-off and pickup.
• Keep service drive and waiting areas clean.
• Assist technicians or service advisors as needed.
