Job summary

FAH LLC is seeking a dependable Service Porter to support our Cadillac service department. You will move vehicles, keep the service drive organized, and ensure every customer vehicle is treated with care and respect.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid license with clean record are needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle check-in.
• Move customer vehicles into and out of service bays as directed by service advisors and technicians.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and lane.
• Place protective covers on customer vehicles to prevent damage.
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles upon service completion as needed.
• Shuttle customers to and from the dealership or arrange alternate transportation as needed.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with tasks as requested.
• Ensure keys are properly tagged and organized throughout the service process.
• Keep service department areas, parking, and loaner fleet tidy and safe.
• Follow dealership safety policies and procedures.
