Job summary

Massey Cadillac of South Orlando, part of Sonic Automotive, is hiring a Service Porter to support the Service Department by moving, staging, and presenting vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help maintain a safe, organized environment and contribute to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced dealership setting. Prior auto dealership or porter experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Previous automotive dealership, valet, porter, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with directing vehicles to designated service areas.
• Transport customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the service drive, parking lot, and dealership property.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of service lanes, parking areas, customer waiting areas, and dealership grounds.
• Assist service advisors and technicians by locating, staging, and delivering vehicles as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle preparation tasks, including washing, vacuuming, fueling, and inspecting vehicles prior to customer delivery.
• Monitor lot organization and ensure vehicles are parked in designated locations to maximize operational efficiency.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures while providing professional and courteous customer service.
