Job summary

Massey Cadillac South Orlando, part of Sonic Automotive, is hiring a Service Porter to support the Service Department by moving, maintaining, and presenting vehicles while delivering excellent customer service. This role helps keep the service drive organized, safe, and efficient and contributes to a positive customer experience.

The position offers full-time hours, hourly compensation up to $15.00 per hour, and a benefits package with medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Previous automotive dealership, valet, porter, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with directing vehicles to designated service areas.
• Transport customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the service drive, parking lot, and dealership property.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of service lanes, parking areas, customer waiting areas, and dealership grounds.
• Assist service advisors and technicians by locating, staging, and delivering vehicles as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle preparation tasks, including washing, vacuuming, fueling, and inspecting vehicles prior to customer delivery.
• Monitor lot organization and ensure vehicles are parked in designated locations to maximize operational efficiency.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures while providing professional and courteous customer service.
