Job summary

Massey Cadillac of Orlando is seeking a Service Porter to help maintain the dealership’s appearance, assist with vehicle movement, and deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates pursuing a career in the automotive industry.

Duties include moving and parking vehicles, driving vehicles to service lanes, keeping lots clean, and supporting sales/service teams with routine tasks. Full-time schedule: Mon–Sat; Sundays off. Salary: $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing, background check, and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles to maintain flow.
• Drive vehicles to service lanes and parking areas.
• Keep the lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct customers to the right staff.
• Support sales and service with routine tasks (fluids, minor assistance).
• Follow safety policies and report accidents to a supervisor.
• Physically able to drive and move vehicles.
• Work outdoors for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain a professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role or automotive industry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicles is a plus.
