Job summary

Concord Toyota, part of Sonic Automotive, is hiring a Sales Porter/Admin to support the Sales Department by maintaining vehicle inventory, moving cars, and keeping the lot clean and customer-ready.

You’ll help with vehicle staging, deliveries, and daily operations while delivering friendly, customer-focused service in a fast-paced dealership environment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and pass pre-employment checks; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service mindset and communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment with a focus on safety and organization.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and organization of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory on the lot.
• Safely transport, park, and stage vehicles for customer viewings and deliveries.
• Inspect vehicles on arrival and assist with tagging and lot placement.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready for sale or delivery.
• Support sales staff with vehicle retrieval and daily operations.
• Maintain dealership grounds, parking areas, and showroom entrances.
