Job summary

GulloMazda is seeking a Service Valet to greet service clients and assist with parking, retrieving vehicles, and supporting the service department in a professional, friendly manner.

You will help with license plates, bulb replacements, and transfer of items between cars while adhering to dealership policy and maintaining a clean service drive. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Operator's Driver’s License and insurability; ability to drive a standard transmission.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients and escorts them to the appropriate team member.
• Parks cars in designated areas.
• Retrieves cars for clients.
• Finds and installs license plates.
• Replaces vehicle bulbs.
• Notifies Assistant Service Manager or Estimator if a client is waiting.
• Keeps service drive free of vehicles.
• Maintains dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
• Helps clients transfer luggage or packages between cars.
• Assists technicians in moving inoperable vehicles.
• Alerts Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles.
• Assists with housekeeping on the service drive; keeps it clean and clear of debris.
• Attends department meetings.

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused Service Valet. The Service Valet will park and retrieve service clients' cars in a friendly and professional manner.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
